(Right Country) – Judicial Watch is at it again.
The formidable conservative watchdog group, who we have to thank for knowing about Hillary Clinton’s private server and much of the details of the Obamagate scandal, is now zeroing in on some explosive allegations made against Democratic presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden.
Now, it’s no secret that Biden is a creepy pervert.
This isn’t new–and the mainstream media would like to pretend it’s not news at all, as they’ll barely report on it.
Before Biden ever announced his candidacy, the media briefly gave attention to allegations levied against him by Lucy Flores, who said he rubbed her shoulders and sniffed her hair before speaking on her behalf as she was running for Lieutenant Governor of Nevada in 2014.
Now, anyone who has ever seen how Biden behaves during photo ops would find this account quite believable.
But considering it happened so long before Biden’s primary run and eventual nomination, it was long gone from the attention of the media before the former VP was ever held accountable.
This was in spite of quite credible accusations from former staffer Tara Reade that he assaulted her in the Capitol Building in the ’90s, when he was a Senator for Delaware, by the way. Something that now-Biden running mate Kamala Harris believed when she was his rival, and apparently doesn’t care about now that she’s his VP pick.
Back in 2009, however, Biden’s incredibly brazen and inappropriate behavior allegedly nearly earned him a punch in the face from one of the Secret Service agents assigned to protect the Biden family.
And now JW is trying to find out what happened.
Just the News reports:
The conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch has filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security to access records to confirm an alleged altercation between a Secret Service agent and then-Vice President Joe Biden.
The records in question relate to an alleged physical altercation during a 2009 photo-op in which the agent alleges Biden cupped one of his girlfriend’s breasts.
In July, the Secret Service told Judicial Watch that the file in question had been destroyed and that “no additional information is available.”
Judicial Watch then filed an administration appeal to challenge that claim. The FOIA lawsuit was filed after the Secret Service failed to respond.
“We had not been able to confirm whether the report about the alleged altercation might be true until the Secret Service itself suggested it destroyed records about the incident,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said about the suit.
The suit cites a 2017 report from The Gateway Pundit that alleges the agent was suspended in 2009 for “shoving Biden after he cupped his girlfriend’s breast while the couple was taking a photo with him.”
TGP’s Cassandra Fairbanks reported that “the situation got so heated … that others had to step in to prevent the agent from hitting Biden.”
