McDonald’s Threatens To Slash Bonuses For Execs If They Don’t Start Promoting More Women And Minorities Into Senior Leadership Roles

(Right Country) – McDonald’s executives might start to see a heavy slash in the size of their bonuses if they don’t jump on the woke mob bandwagon and start promoting more women and minorities to senior leadership positions. No, it doesn’t matter if they are actually qualified for the job. All that matters is that more women and various other protected classes of individuals are given these roles to appease the seething masses of woke folks.

According to a new report from Big League Politics, the fast food giant is wanting to “increase representation of historically underrepresented groups in leadership roles (Senior Director and above) located in the U.S. to 35%” by the year 2025. The company also wants to see “gender parity” by the year 2030, which requires “[increasing] representation of women in leadership roles globally (Senior Director and above) to 45%.”

How woke of them, right? Such lovely little social justice warrior crusaders. They ditched Ronald in favor of socialism and somehow, that’s a downward move. When giving up a creepy clown mascot in favor of liberal identity politics, you’ve not progressed forward.

“29 percent of these leadership roles currently belong to ‘historically underrepresented groups” and 35 percent to women,'” BLP says.

“The executives will be judged on their ‘inclusivity’ via an ‘Inclusion Index,’ and fifteen percent of the bonuses of senior executive vice presidents will depend on their performance according to ‘quantitative human capital management-related metrics.’ This even applies to McDonald’s CEO Chris Kempczinski,” the report adds.

So what these people don’t seem to grasp is that you can’t have equality by lifting up a group of people above other groups of people based on their religion, political views, skin color, etc., without creating more of the problem you sought to correct. Creating protected classes to fight racism actually backfires by creating more racism.

But this move really shouldn’t be much of a shocker. After all, McDonald’s donated millions of dollars to Black Lives Matter last year, just to prove how dedicated they were to their wokeness.

Folks, this kind of political correctness is what is destroying our nation. If we don’t stop focusing on arbitrary measures of a person such as skin color, rather than focus on character, we’re going to implode. A country living that way cannot sustain itself.

  1. As a shareholder I resent promoting people who are not qualified. Race and/or gender are not and should not be part of the process.

  2. Was the support of BLM an insurance policy to avoid damage and destruction that BLM inflicted on some competitors? Quotas are not the answer, continued internal education of your best and brightest, including women and minorities, will provide the opportunity; individual competition and drive regardless of race, religion and gender will produce the best team. “Giveaway” leadership will result in giveaway market share.
