Watch: Rudy Giuliani Explains That Hunter Biden Doesn’t Just Belong In Headlines… He Belongs In Prison

(Right Country) – Hunter Biden’s business dealings in the Ukraine weren’t just a bad look for the son of a then-sitting Vice President.

They were illegal.

Former New York City mayor and current attorney to President Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, told The Daily Caller on Friday that when the son of the current Democratic presidential candidate met with Ukrainian officials without disclosing it to the appropriate federal agencies, he put himself at risk of serving prison time.

Which is, of course, exactly what he should do.

Giuliani explained that the younger Biden violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) more than once as he orchestrated meetings between operatives for the oil and gas giant Burisma Holdings and members of the Obama administration.

“I’ll give you an example — confidential informant told me about a meeting he had at the State Department and he gave me a specific date,” Giuliani explained.

“He told me he remembered it because Hunter Biden was taken in the back door so that [the meeting] wouldn’t be registered. He went to see Deputy Secretary of State Tony Blinken.”

Since Joe Biden left office, we have learned far more about the extent to which Burisma Holdings was involved with the Biden family.

This culminated, of course, with last week’s explosive publication of a hard drive belonging to Hunter Biden in the New York Post, which they obtained from Giuliani.

Initially, the most significant bit of information from said hard drive was an email from a Burisma executive to Hunter Biden, in which he thanked him for arranging a meeting between himself and his father in 2015.

Joe Biden had said in 2019 when asked by reporters that he had “never” discussed his son’s business dealings overseas with him or anyone else.

It appears he lied.

“Well, that’s not registered anywhere except from this confidential informant telling me and another investigator this,” Giuliani explained of the Blinken meeting.

“That date squared exactly with the one in the hard drive and in the messages. There were about three more like that and there are two others that I’d rather not reveal.”

Giuliani pointed out that Paul Manafort, the former campaign chairman for President Trump’s 2016 run, was sentenced to 47 months in prison for violating FARA while working with—guess who?—Ukrainians.

“It was not recorded and should’ve been recorded because it’s a meeting that falls under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) of which there are probably six or seven blatant violations of it by Hunter Biden,” Giuliani explained.

“He never registered as a foreign agent and that’s exactly what Paul Manafort went to prison for, and unless we’re going to stick with this Republicans go to prison and Democrats don’t when they do the same or worse, then he belongs in prison the way Paul Manafort was put in prison,” he continued.

The laptop Giuliani provided to The New York Post had been dropped at a computer repair shop and never retrieved. The store owner turned it over to Giuliani.

The Post reported that the FBI also had a seizure warrant for the laptop which, speaking of prison time, was signed by an agent who specializes in investigating child porn.
